2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
NOTICE is hereby GIVEN that an AGM of the shareholders of Kelsale-cum-Carlton Community Energy Limited (“The Society”) will be held on Wednesday, 17 April 2019 at The Village Hall, Bridge Street, Kelsale, Saxmundham, Suffolk IP17 2PB at 6:00 p.m. and in advance of our annual parish meeting (APM) at 7:00pm

1. Approval of the minutes of the last AGM held on Wednesday, 18 April 2018
2. Matters arising from the last AGM
3. Submission of an annual IPS return to the FCA and its acceptance
4. The receipt of the accounts, balance sheet and reports of the Board and its Auditor
5. The appointment of an Auditor
6. Further Board nominations and appointment of Chairman and Directors
7. Proposed motions. To consider:
A.The application of any profits
B.The withdrawal of any shareholdings
C. The future power supply tariff rates in relation to our Village Hall and Social Club
D. GDPR compliance
8. Potential future initiatives of Power4KcC. To consider:
A.Any other initiatives desired by our community
9. To transact any other business which may be properly transacted at this AGM
Please note: in line with Article 46 of the Society’s constitution, the Chairman of the meeting may permit any person to speak on behalf of another member even if the speaker is not a member, but only shareholding members of the Society will be entitled to vote.
