Unfortunately due to the imposition of a lockdown in England, the previously advertised commemoration will no longer be able to take place on Sunday.
Revised arrangements meeting the national Covid-19 requirements and those of the Church of England will mean that limited participation by authorised group representatives will occur at St Johns Church in specifically allocated timeslots.
Kelsale-cum-Carlton Parish Council and School will be represented by the Chair and Headteacher respectively.
Any organisations not currently having made arrangements to participate should contact the Royal British Legion on 01728 830484 to discuss their participation in a specific timeslot if available.
At 10:45 on Sunday morning a virtual church Service will be held and transmitted on the internet. Unfortunately nobody outside the approved participants are able to attend this Service. At 11:00 an Act of Remembrance will be observed.
