Carlton Road, Kelsale Cum Carlton – Drainage Investigation Works – May 2019
We will be carrying out drainage investigation works between Fairview and Carlton Cottage, Carlton Road.
This work is necessary to jet the system to try and clear any blockages and establish the current condition
of the drainage system via the use of CCTV.

The work is planned to start on the 17th May 2019, between the hours of 9.30am and 12.30pm.

The timesand dates of works may change depending on the weather conditions. If they do change, we will let you know by updating the information signs on site.

While the works are in progress the road will be closed to through traffic along Carlton Road from
Rosemary Lane until Main Road. Access to properties and businesses will be available but controlled by
staff on site. Please speak to one of our staff who will provide access as soon as it is safe to do so.
During the period of the closure, traffic will be diverted via:
A12, B1121 and vice versa

On street parking will be restricted to allow the works to be carried out unobstructed, please do
not park vehicles near the gullies to ensure we can gain access and carry out the works safely.
These temporary traffic management measures are required to allow the works to be carried out safely
and in accordance with current health and safety guidelines.
