Residents of Kelsale cum Carlton are invited to a Public Meeting called by the Parish Council, to understand what the immediate and longer term housing developments in Kelsale cum Carlton may be.
This will be achieved through sharing and explaining our current view of the First Draft of the Suffolk Coastal Plan through ’til 2036. What it contains and the likely impacts on Kelsale cum Carlton.
At the end of the formal session, residents will be asked to form a view on how development should be shaped now and in the future, with the opportunity to play a fuller role by working on the Kelsale cum Carlton Neighbourhood Plan. This plan will provide residents and Kelsale cum Carlton Parish Council with more say in what, where and the style of future housing developments in the Parish.
