On the 23rd September 2020 the East Suffolk Local Plan was adopted by East Suffolk Council, effectively bringing to a conclusion a process that Kelsale-cum-Carlton Parish Council have fully participated in since 2017.
The Local Plan amongst other wide ranging land use issues identifies the allocated increase in housing planned for Kelsale-cum-Carlton through to the mid 2030’s. Note it does however exclude any developments on land not identified specifically within the plan.
