 – come and support Kelsale-cum-Carlton’s local hero! The Festival is a 550 mile tour of Suffolk, celebrating communities, iconic locations and local heroes. It will arrive in Kelsale-cum-Carlton this Sunday, and we have asked Frank Rowe to be our torch-bearer. Please do come and cheer Frank along the way, showing him how much we appreciate all he has done for the Parish. The torch will arrive by e-rickshaw at Dorley’s Corner at around 12.20, and Frank will carry it to Clay Hills/B1121 junction, stopping at the Village Hall for a group photograph.
