Kelsale-cum-Carlton Parish Council
Councillor Pulham formally stood down as a Parish Councillor at the June meeting on the evening of the 24th June 2020.
The Parish Council thanked him for his service.

Welcome, lying north of Saxmundham the Parish is located inland, between Aldeburgh and Southwold. The Parish of nearly 1,000, has a primary school, a light industrial estate, pub, social club and is surrounded by open farmland.
