A MESSAGE FROM THE FRIENDS OF CARLTON CHURCH

As you may know there will be no Candlelit Carol Service at Carlton this year due to Covid-19 restrictions, but we will be floodlighting the exterior of the Church on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December from 4-6pm.

This is the first time our little church has been floodlit in all its history as far as we know, so it is a momentous occasion!

There will be no access to the church, but you are welcome to come and sing carols (in your own group) even bring mince pies and a hot toddy if you would like to! We hope you might enjoy sharing the hope that this light in the darkness can bring for us all.

If you happen to be a ‘friend’ who lives in Carlton Hall, perhaps you could alert others in the Hall complex to this event and also if you are a local resident of Carlton or Kelsale or Saxmundham, please spread the word to others so that they can enjoy sharing too.

This has been a difficult year for everyone but we want to wish you a very happy and peaceful Christmas, and much joy in the year to come.

Sally,  Paul and Nigel
