…the Parish Council has regretably had to accept the resignation of Councillor Martin Lumb.
Martin has provided a very positive input to the work of the Parish Council over his tenure, including just last year undertaking training and assisting in the release of the fireworks at the anual bonfire evening. He reassured the Parish Council that the absolute soaking he and the other members of the team got, had nothing to do with his resignation! Nor did a day of shifting heavy pews in the church in preparation for the Fashion Show.
