Afternoon Club Trip – Felixstowe Fun in the Sun

The Suffolk Libraries Mobile Library visits regularly, giving access to hundreds of thousands of books, including LARGE PRINT, audio books and childrens books. You can also hire CDs & DVDs for a small charge. If the items you want are not on the vehicle you can reserve them from the library catalogues free of charge and have them delivered on the van at a later date. Harvest Festival Service

Celebrate the bringing in of the harvest at St Peter's Church in Carlton Park this coming Sunday. This very special little Church set amongst productive fields is the ideal location to reflect and celebrate, as indeed are the friends of the church, having found the 100th 'friend' at the recent Flower Festival.

Concert – ‘A Very Classical Evening’

A classical music concert in Kelsale Church will be held on 3rd August and is called ‘A Very Classical Evening’ with the Mansfield Ensemble (string quartet) returning to Kelsale again this year. They will be playing largely Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven. 7.30pm start, free entry but donations welcome, with refreshments and a raffle.

Sizewell C Stage 4 Consultation Public Exhibitions

Consultation will run from 18 July to 27 September and will look at revised proposals on the delivery of materials to the site, use of land and the management of local ecology. This will be the final opportunity for residents, businesses and other interested parties to make comment on the proposal by EDF Energy prior to them seeking a Development Order from the Secretary of State through the Planning Inspectorate.
