Are you prepared to save lives? Surely it is worth an hour & a half to learn how easy it can be? Kelsale-cum-Carlton Parish Council in collaboration with the East of England Amabulance Service are running a defibrillator awareness session in the Village Hall on the 14th of November. Feedback from the last session was that it was very worthwhile and dispelled some of the myths about using a defibrillator. This year Saxmundham hosts the annual Remembrance Parade and details are given below, with all welcome. A procession will form in the Market Place, Saxmundham at 2.15pm for a parade to the United Reform Church, Rendham Road, Saxmundham for the service at 3pm. The parade will return to the Market Place around 4.30pm for the dismissal. Afterwards everyone is very welcome to join together in the Market Hall, 29 High Street, Saxmundham, IP17 1AF for tea and scrummy cakes made by the local WI. The Royal British Legion will direct everyone to where they should be.  

Outdoor service at the War Memorial in Fromus Square starting at 10.30 followed just after 11.00 by a procession to St John’s Church for a short service.
